About Us

Colorado Fresh Greens LLC was founded in early 2025 by Steve and Debbie Kitts with a simple mission — to bring the freshest, healthiest microgreens and leafy vegetables to the Colorado Springs community.

Before starting the grow, Debbie worked as a Fire Inspector, and Steve had a career in the video production industry. Together, they decided to retire from their previous careers and turn their passion for healthy, sustainable food into a year-round organic hydroponic farm.

At Colorado Fresh Greens, we believe that good food starts with good growing practices — that’s why we use clean, eco-friendly methods and organic nutrients to ensure our greens are as pure and wholesome as nature intended. We are committed to sustainable practices, including powering our operation with solar energy, using an electric vehicle for local deliveries, and packaging our products in compostable materials.

Currently, we are starting off with microgreens, but we plan to expand our offerings to leafy vegetables and eventually herbs, bringing even more fresh, nutritious options to our local community.

From our climate-controlled grow facility to your table, every tray of greens is grown with care, harvested at peak freshness, and delivered locally for maximum flavor and nutrition.
